Welcome to
Calistoga's Landmark Natural Springs Resort

If you have been to Calistoga, you have seen our sign!

Dr. Wilkinson's Hot Spring Resort is located in the heart of downtown Calistoga, right on the "Main Street" Lincoln Avenue, strolling distance from all the art, wine, and "Spa Country" charm that only Napa Valley's oldest resort town can offer.

The resort has been offering guestrooms, natural spring baths, mineral-laden "mud" bath treatments, and massages to millions of visitors to "Spa country" since 1952.

Our founders, "Doc" and Edy Wilkinson, fell in love with the health-giving geothermal hot spring waters and ancient volcanic ash unique to the Calistoga area, and we know you will too. We look forward to seeing you - we have so much to share!

Stay Downtown and Explore Calistoga

Explore the Area

We admit it, as tempting as Calistoga's mineral springs are, one cannot (should not) bathe all day. Fortunately, our resort is located right on Lincoln Avenue in the heart of downtown Calistoga. There is no more convenient place to explore California's original resort town. (Go ahead and stroll around town in your bathrobe - it wouldn't be the first time!) Situated in beautiful of Napa Valley, our resort is bordered by vineyards, mountains, and natural icons like the Petrified Forest, Safari West, and Calistoga's "Old Faithful" geyser. After your morning dip in our spring-fed pools, take time to tour Victorian-era wineries, hike through our rolling hills, and dine on local, farm-to-table fare.
