Workshop Series invites Calistoga locals and resort guests alike to explore the science and joy of living well — one Thursday evening at a time. Each monthly masterclass is led by Board-Certified Holistic Nutritionist Mary Sheila Gonnella, NC, BCHN, of Occidental Nutrition, LLC, and is held at House of Better from 6–7 PM.
